Look at the dash frame very closely. Is there any texture to it? Cars back in the 60's and early 70's used a "suede" paint on the dash frame. It has a slight texture to it. My 73's dash frame didn't show any real texture. The "suede" paint is still available but it's expensive. If your dash frame doesn't show much, if any texture, then I'd use SEM Trim Black. That's what I used on mine. It matched the original color perfectly. I also used the Trim Black for all the metal trim around the windshield, side glass, back glass and steering column.
For the plastic pieces, Landau Black is the closest color you will find. Make sure to use SEM's Adhesion promoter and spray the Landau in multiple light coats. The Landau is designed for interior plastics and vinyl.(even carpet) The Trim Black is more of an exterior finish.
