Is this price too high? Has a little rust in the quarters and around the windshields, but floor pans and everything else seem to be rust free. We are wanting to build a turbo car, so I'm thinking a low optioned SB car would be the best bet, but not sure if this is too high.

It's close, maybe a little high. Firewall and cowl look rough too. It's a good candidate for what you want to do.
