Once you get it back, you have one more job to do.

Get a Lawn/Leaf high speed blower.
Then spend at least an hour or 2 blowing out every single crevice and hidden spots.

Then after that, get your compressor fired up and put the blow extension tip on. These are the long one's like you can get at Harbor Freight. Go thru every hole in the frame and inside door areas as well. 

Soda blasting will require you to neautralize the metal.
You will need to Phosphate coat all metal from soda blasting.
I've heard some using Vinegar before.

The blaster said he would use his compressor to help remove any trapped media but I will probably do it some more at home. My other concern is getting the bare metal in primer after I clean the metal. The blast media will be aluminum oxide.

With soda blasting the metal will not flash rust until the baking soda is washed off.

After blasting, a thin film of soda will cover the part. This film prevents flash rust for up to several months. When you're ready to paint or coat, simply rinse the film off with water; soda is both soluble and inert. Rinsing also takes care of any stray soda that may have gotten into seams or crevices.

did anybody ever tries a dustless blasting yet? they come to your house they do it on your front lawn or in your driveway there's no clean up but it's about 1500 smackers

Yeah, A NC vendor gave me this quote in 2013 with the following info:

"Hey Chris, when a car is on a rotisserie people usually want every square inch inside and out blasted which takes longer than any other percentage. The average amount for a car on a rotisserie is about $1500. A challenger is not a small car, and I would still think that it would take at least 10 hours but probably more like 11 or 12 hours. I can charge less for shop rates if its cash, but have to speak with you to talk more about that. Soda doesn't take rust off, we sand blast rust using crushed glass, as well as use that for the underside of the car, the floor boards, the trunk. The cleaner we use to wash the car will give it flash rust protection for at least 2 or  3 days after we have cleaned it, giving you time to get it primed. "
