Just sayin Hello
« on: February 18, 2015 - 01:01:52 PM »
Just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. My name is Ron Reagle and I go by the handle 4406v. I am 50 years old and have owned quite a few Mopars in the last 37 years. My current ride is a '71 'Cuda 383 auto B-5 blue, billboards, and gilled fenders I picked up in October as a 50th birthday present to myself. It is a complete running 64,000 mile car that I am going to go over and freshen up before summer. This is an original 383 magnum car but it is not numbers matching. It does have factory a/c and looks complete so one of my goals is to make it work.

I restored a '70 Challenger S/E previously that I bought in 1999.It was a factory FC7 car 383 magnum that I put a 440 six pack in with a custom Moser Dana 60 with 4 wheel disc brakes. I completely rebuilt the car top to bottom in 3 years in my garage. I owned the car for 13 years and sold it in 2012 to by a new SRT392 Challenger (mistake) I owned the new Challenger for a year and woke up one day and realized I AM AN OLD CAR GUY so I traded it in on a new truck. I went without a car for 2 years before finding my 'Cuda.

I am like a kid again and I can't wait till the weather breaks so I can start wrenching on the 'Cuda

Nice to be here with "family"

I have plenty of pictures but I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to resize them and post. I looked in the new member area for instructions and cannot find "tools" anywhere???

I've found it works better to upload your pictures to a free site and use links to them in your posts here... I use a google account but there are lots of others...

This was the engine compartment of my 70 Challenger. I plan on detailing the 'Cuda's engine compartment as clean and organized.

This was a 1971 Challenger I resurrected from the dead. It was a 318 car from Texas I built into a 340 RT "clone"
