Car show question
« on: February 20, 2015 - 11:29:51 AM »
Hi there,

I live in Southwestern Ontario and I am looking to take in a few of the big car shows this summer. I have not been to any in the past and I was looking for some recommendations of some of the "worth-while" events that would be in Ontario or within a reasonable drive into the U.S.A. ( I would drive farther the more "worth" it that the show is....

Can you guys recommend some for me that I can look into further ? Maybe some that you have been to first-hand and can relate what I can expect from them?

Thanks as always
Brad

For mopars and close-ish to you is Mopar Fest in New Hamburg Ontario.

The best Mopar show in my books is Carlisle PA for the all-Chrysler Nationals

Moparfest is always a good time.  LOTS of cars.

There is an all Mopar show in Albion, Pa (just below Erie) the first sunday in June. It will usually be around 500 cars in is a very nice start to the show season. I see lots of Canadian license plates on cars in attendance.

Mopar Magic in Cornwall is apparently a good car show. I'll be going as a spectator this year.

Moose, where are you from and what car do you have? The Zurich Bean Festival in August is a good show and there's one on the square in Goderich in July.

Hey 74, is it a good show? I'll probably head out this year as a spectator so I can take a look at all the different colors on the Challengers. I'm still trying to decide what color to paint it.

I'd say it's pretty decent. Especially since you are looking for colours the park is right on the water and open so if it's a sunny day you will see everything. They claim its the largest one day all mopar show in eastern Canada and it attracts a lot of people. I really enjoy it.
