After several calls.... the body shop is.... he was reluctant at first, but after putting the ball back in his court by saying "Well, how are we going to fix this?", he caved in and said he'd find a new one and cover the cost of it... about time the shop steps up for their mistakes... ARG!

Atleast they are making good on it.  I supposed he could have said "Come pick up the car the way it is now, and you can figure out how to fix it."  He obviously values you as a customer.

I dunno... after everything I've been through with this shop, once the car is home safe and sound, and everything is fixed the way it should be... then I'll be a 'happy' customer...

As I see it right now... word of mouth advertising can be your best friend and your worst enemy at the same time.... guess he's screwed until everything is fixed! :eeksmall:

Could have used several at work on Friday...

At least I should get my car back on Tuesday... hoping to drive her home if the weather holds... otherwise, might have to move it to Monday afternoon... just give them some pressure to get it done (no rushing though!)
