Okay ... I'll be patient.

I want to see you and Ken do a grudge match at the track once both of you get your Hemi's running!                 :stirpot: :poopoke:

Sounds like a good ole fashioned Match Race in the making here...    :burnout:      Line 'em up, go on green and may the best man win...  No matter the outcome, a brewski or two is in order.....

Maybe more than two.  My transmission is only rated for 600 lb-ft of torque.   At about 4200 rpm there would be a big CLANG followed by a long roll.  :roflsmiley:

Yup we need some adreneline around here.

Cudaguy and Sledgehammer race has been lingering for ages.

Time to get a real match going!

I suspect the real reason the Beast is getting beefed is so that it can journey north to PA and settle the score with that orange bowtie. Now that I would like to see and put some skin in the game. Beast! Beast! Beast! Everybody now! Beast! Beast! Beast! ... :burnout:

We don't want any Pentastar on Pentastar (or is that FC on FC? :dunno: ) violence ... we're all on the same team here ... but Pentastar on blue oval or bowtie ... now that is certainly acceptable. So have your engine building boys take their time and transform the Beast into the Monster and then go and exact some Pentastar violence upon the blue oval hoard and yankee bowtie brigade! :burnout:
Cheers!

Hey Mark, I did put it on the engine dyno when it was first put together. I will have to go back and look at the torque numbers, but the HP was just short of 800 on pump gas. That was not a chassis dyno, but an engine dyno. The numbers at the track show about 690 to the rear wheels using the plug in numbers and incrementals. That sounds about right taking parasitic drive train loss in to consideration.  I might put it on the chassis dyno this go around after I get it broken in, but I would rather use the dragstrip and plug in the numbers. The dragstrip numbers don't lie...   :grinno:   :burnout:
