CO Cuda Cruise
« on: March 23, 2015 - 08:17:00 AM »
I shot this from my '68 Charger following my good friend in his '73 Cuda while out cruising around on Sunday.  The Steve Miller Band song is playing on my car stereo.

Looks to be a fun time. Is that hood black or am I just seeing things?

The hood on my '68 Charger is a dark green.  It was also sunset and cloudy so the hood on the video came out almost black.

Thanks Brad and Roadman.  The Charger is running really nice, just a little hesitation at high RPM's that I need to figure out.  Here are some pics from the cruise.

Really glad to see you are out enjoying her already. Our weather has been not accommodating so I haven't been out in mine yet. So I am taking advantage of the time to put new tires on her and tune it up.

Great video and pics! It was some nice weather in CO this weekend.  I need to finish up my exhaust, so my son and I can go cruising.

It was a great weekend; I was out cruising both days. I stopped by the cars and coffee @ the Sears Outlet in Park Meadows there was about 35 cars that showed up.

nice...I like both cars!

Any details on the cuda...looks very sharp. Great stance too. There is just something about that AAR stripe that does it for me!!

Nice Ramman, I didn't know they were doing a C&C over there.  I went to the C&C at The Vehicle Vault in Parker (every 2nd Saturday of the month) and there were easily 200+ cars.  Let me know if you want to meet up sometime.

Hey Jason,
That '73 belongs to my buddy who restored it about 10 years ago now.  It was in Mopar Muscle in March 2010.  It has a 340 w/ a 727 and rallye gauges.  He decided to paint it Subaru WRX blue and it just pops!  When I was restoring my '71 Challenger, we actually swapped wheels because they looked better on the other cars.
