Dare we watch one of our sacred E-Bodies being subjected to a Gas Monkey "upgrade"?   Supposedly they are adding a 2015 motor to it.

I wouldn't let AssMonkeys touch my Hemriod.....much less my E Body.

I see there are doing a 68 coronet too.  I'm anxious to see what they do, I like the show.  Doesn't mean I would cut some of the corners they do...  Agree with above,  what's with the lack of headliners :-)

The '71 was non-numbers 340 and they only replaced the suspension and drivetrain, no body work.  Dismantling the 2015 Challenger was obviously pre-authorized since Richard has the relationship and is heavy into marketing for Dodge.  I liked the upgrade to the 392, magnum force, big brakes, but didn't like the wheels they test fitted.  I did get a kick out of how hard it was to fit everything and Aaron is obviously not a Mopar guy since he didn't know any of the fitment issues prior to starting.

So what about the cross member and trans tunnel they rip up, would'nt this make it hard to turn back if you wanted to?

That was my question since that trans barely fits what are they going to do about the cross member they cut out?  What kind of support will they use in such a limited space if any?

IMHO the only show worth watching that deals with the restoration, modification or upgrading of our beloved  classic cars is FANTOM WORKS. Dan pulls no punches, takes no prisoners and tells it like it is.    Now if Alan were to have a show, I would watch it.
