You should have submitted a few pictures for the calendar!     Hopefully next year you will! 
That car could almost fill a calendar all on it's own! 

I will do that. When do they start looking for submissions for next years calendar? Did you put your car in the calendar this year? Here's a few more pics of my Challenger. I didn't take these...they were taken by Dave. Nice thing is that the carb in the picture is the carb on the car. Everything is totally correct.

Here's a replica of a '70 Challenger R/T I saw on a calendar, a 1 of 1 car, DY3 cream color with white vinyl roof, red bumblebbe stripe and red interior, shaker hood, 440 4bbl and automatic transmission.

I used the yankee challenge AMT kit, added details with evergreen strips on the chassis and many parts from other kits, added fuel and brake lines, handbrake cables, and some other details here and there...

I am trying to contact the builder and am in hopes that he will sell me this model of my car that he made. I doubt he'll want to part with it, but I'm going to try anyway. How cool would that be to have the model sitting in my car at the shows?

Dam...that's cool....There was a guy that contacted me years ago about building scale replicas of some of the cars I restored....for the life of me I can't think of his name Don't think he was from Quebec though....

You can try and do them yourself, just takes time to find the right paint.  The model kits should be readily available. They are plastic kits so using auto paint would not be good.  I believe it would just melt the plastic.  They are 1/25 scale.  Another alternative is find a diecast 1/18 scale and paint it with automotive paint.  Gets expensive, but worth it. 
Anyway, I think all you have to do is look for the Challenger R/T kit by AMT since it has a shaker hood and then assemble.  Hard part is finding a red bumble bee stripe.   

Here is an AMT kit that a ebay seller listed.  There are lots of listings for this kit.  Not sure if they still make them.

Thanks tman for the link. I was never good at putting models together when I was young and I know I wouldn't have the patience to do it now. I'm sure that the builder put many hours into this. I think that I would rather just buy one completed.

Tried again to contact the builder of that model. There haven't been any posts on that site in quite some time so he possibly hasn't seen my posts.
