for a decent hemi roadrunner, that is their asking price. I think if you could get it for 65-68 k without ebay fees (private) then that is a pretty good deal
The 68-69 Hemi Road Runners are some of the highest production Hemi cars therefore do not command high prices. A "starter Hemi" for a collector if you will...

It's true though....other then the 66-67 Hemi B Body's, 68-69 Road Runners are about the cheapest Hemi car going....
