3 peice trunk trim fit and finish?????
« on: April 06, 2015 - 09:24:36 PM »
Guys,

I need to buy a 3 piece molding set for the trunk and quarters to make sure everything is lined up nice before  I start prime and paint .

Has anyone had  a good or bad experience  with the Rossville auto parts set?   Or recommend an alternative

Thanks

As long as your trunk lid is lined up, the trim can be adjusted slightly to insure alignment once installed. I would say there is no need to trial fit before paint. :2cents:

I bought and installed the 3 piece rear trim from Rossville on my 70 Challenger.   The only issue I has was breaking a couple of the little wire springs on the mounting hardware.   I was able to re-use a couple from the original set, so no big deal.   Otherwise, I'm a very happy customer of Rossville.
