I was going to buy one of these hoods off Ebay and reskin my flat hood. After I got all the measuments it looked like the outer vents were into the fender, I have since found a SRT hood with the aar scoop. Now I just need to figure out how to bond the to aluminum scoop to a steel hood!
I think its just a matter of time before these come out for the E bodies!!!

I like the way they look, but I don't like the way they dump water from the hood into the engine bay, if they are functional.  I still like the way the original T/A hood functions better.

I made a deal with the car wash down the street for Toxics car when its done. Basically going to pull it in, no soap or spinning brushes, just high power rinse water top, sides and bottom. I'll be sitting in her as the machine pulls her thru, flashlight in hand, climbing around checking for leaks. Were going to do this early one morning before they open. The owner and his best 2 detailers will be waiting at the other end with micro fiber and soft cotton towels to dry her off, looking for water in trunk, on carpet, etc. Owner just wants pictures of her in front of his place, he's a car guy.  :2thumbs:    Oh, probably have to get him some brewski's too.   :drunk:

I don't go out of my way to drive it in the rain, like if I know it's going to rain I don't go out with it, but if I get caught I don't freak out of anything. Car gets wet when it's washed too! I didn't build a 1:1 scale diecast!
Cool idea I think a Hellcat style hood would look sweet!  Sure would let some heat out of the engine bay! :2thumbs:

No problem. I'm sure there are plenty out there. If only colorado bordered Canada. It's still snowing here so it kinda feels like it does
