Unfortunatly Mark probably doesn't know that the Challenger was marketed towards women at the time.

Now that the word is out Cuda values will tank and nobody will want a Cuda.
I'll be able to buy my next Cuda for cheap.  Thanks Mark!  :2thumbs:  :clapping:

I love both!  The Cuda is more rare so will always be worth more, and has that "nasty attitude" stance.  The Challenger just looks like a higher class car, so I have to agree with Worman there.

70-74 Cuda is just a recycled 68 Camaro (photoshop a side view of each onto one another some time), no thanks. The show is fine, just look at the pictures and turn the sound down if it bothers you, much better than pawn stars, strorage wars or any of the other stuff on TV.

A buddy of mine, (his dad owned a Mopar dealership) said Mopars answer to GM was, Hey! We can build a Camero, too! lol. He and his brother both own Vipers, and a whole slew of other cool Mopars. They are both
knowledgable, and his brother rebiulds cars on the side from his regular job. He is a MOPAR guru and wizard. He can qoute part numbers from memory. He used to work in the parts department.

He is going to be the one that builds my Challenger motor up. I don't agree with the accesment, but some people feel that way. Mopar was late entering the Pony wars - but they did it right when they started.

At least they don't look like a Mustang? lol.
{oo/-------\oo} In '69 I was twenty-one and I called the road my own. I don't know when that road turned into the road I'm on. Jackson Browne

Maybe I am a minority here but I am a fan of GYC simply because it is a show centered on Mopars.  I am also looking forward to the new season since they are promoting more focus on the restoration and minimizing the drama, but some is to be expected since it is on TV.  I have been following a restoration of a HEMI Charger and it has been in the trailers for this season.  I was disappointed to find out that the person who waited years and paid A LOT recently received his car and it had a list of issues. The guy used Reliable Carriers to ship his car, and granted that some things do happen during shipment across the country but the list was rather extensive:

Yeah I wish Things were better so I could at least drive the car,  Mark says car was fine when it left Oregon but will reimburse me for whatever it costs to take care of the problems .So I guess as long as he keeps his word its not the end of the world. But I don't get reimbursed for my time, I leave for work at 4:15 in the morning and don't get home until around 6pm so my home time is very valuable to me.(as it is with most of us) Here is a list of some of the problems!!

1.No brake lights , flashers,or turn  signals

2. headlight doors do not work

3. Exhaust is 2" to far back and bangs on the car when you hit a bump

4. No windshield washer nozzle on the drivers side

5. Missing paint on  cowl ( primer visible)

6. Dome light doesn't work when turned on by switch on dashboard

7 radio doesn't work

8. Left turn signal indicator on dash doesn't work

9. Gas gauge, oil pressure gauge not working properly ( I am hoping the temperature gauge is accurate so I don't let it overheat and cause damage to the engine)

10. There is a relay in the dash that is making a popping noise constantly, when it makes the noise the ammeter      .

jumps..  Not sure what this is all about?

 11. Front windows don't roll down without putting extreme pressure on the crank

 12. A lot of rattles in the entire car (and I've only driven it a mile to my buddies gas station and home.
  13. Engine has a few oil leaks

Hopefully there will not be to much added to the list after I get to drive it for a while!!!

Can she turn wrench?

We'll see.  I don't mind the show.  Better than no show w/mopars.
