Thanks, I knew the car needed a truck pan so I decided to remove the old one so I could blast inside the frame rails. I am very fortunate to have found a car in great shape. It only had heavy surface rust on the rear of the frame rails, takes a little longer to remove. The interior, roof structure and floor pans were easy.
I had tried a few different types of media when I was blasting small parts with my 60 Gallon compressor (crushed glass, course silica sand). I found fine silica sand to work the best for me and the blaster use.
