As a matter of fact It's going to need two quarters, trunk floor and trunk extensions, and outer wheel houses...All due to shabby work done in the 90's.

The car is not coded for them, it will be up to the owner. Personally, every 71 has billboards, I think it looks different without them....if it were my car they would not be going back on....
That's why I removed them first and took a bunch of pictures with and without to give the owner an idea of what it would look like.
