Hello fellow Mopar fans. I am kinda new to this site as in I have not posted here yet, but have checked out many of the projects that others have posted. I have a 71 cuda 383 4 speed drive train numbers matching that I hope to start the resto on very soon. With getting to being nicer weather and seeing other iron out rolling around ya get an itch on to tear right into getting er'done. But knowing that it's going to take a long process to make it just right I can take the time to do it right. I will post pic of my progress as I get started. Thanks for listening to my rant

The Cuda has been in my family for 30 years now. My dad just passed this last January and left it for me. I hope to finish it soon some day .
Thanks for the welcome, I look forward to spending more time in here to get advice as I start the project

I'm sorry for the loss of your Dad. I'm sure you're going through a difficult time now. Time heals. Your Dad had excellent taste in cars!

The Cuda will be a long term project once I'm done with the other he left. A 1950 Mercury Meteor 4 door. Might rat rod it, seeing it has the flat head 8 in it. not sure yet. But the mopar will be my pride an joy

Welcome to the site and your Dad had excellent taste in cars, since a 71 'Cuda is very close, if not at, the top of the pile in desirable models of E bodies. Good luck with your restoration.
