My first Mopar! Craigslist find.
« on: May 15, 2015 - 05:31:52 PM »
Stumbled on this one on Craigslist picked it up 5 mins after it was listed :)  1970 Challenger.  I have owned (and still own) plenty of muscle cars, but this is my first Mopar and am glad I found this site for research and ideas.  Really looking forward to working on this one!

Owner spent a lot of $$ on the drivetrain and let it sit for a few years before his wife made him sell.  @HP2 Yes, Cragers. @ ec_co the pic in the garage is the sellers garage :)  @ topcat thinking about just making it ride nice, go fast, stop well, look descent and DRIVE IT...like all my cars.  NO show cars, I just make them the way I like them and drive them a lot :)

Here is another pic of the car when I found it.

lol, I was wondering if that might be the case. looks like he got his new Chally and let the old one sit and forgotten about. hopefully the drivetrain is still useable or easily brought back to useability. can't wait to see what you end up doing with it.
