My TTi Exhaust showed up today, awesome.

I have a questions for those who put wilwood disc brakes on all 4 wheels.  I realized that my original parking brake cables will not work with the rear parking brakes.  What has everyone used for parking brake cables?

Hey, the ones that came with my Dana 60 from cass ( dr diff ) were a touch to long so I just cut the cable and housing to length then I drilled out the cable in the end piece and removed the piece out of the housing end and then installed the outer housing piece secured it with a few hits using a punch and did the same for the ball on the end of the cable. It fits and works great now.

I believe cass sells them separately

Hey Cordodge. Thanks for the info. I was able to talk woth wilwood about the parking brake cables from wilwood. They had a set for my application. So I purchased their kit and I'm now in the process of installing it. It's  a nice kit. The cables look to be very good quality. I welded in subframe connectors so i had to drill two holes in the driver side to pass the cables through so they could be as straight as possible. The cables are super long, so I need to trim the length of them some,  but it's better to be too long and have to trum then not long enough. When I'll try to get some photos of them soon.

I didn't use a Wilwood kit, instead I made my own mounts and used 93 Cobra rear calipers which have a parking brake capability. I think used a Lokar kit and modified it all to work.

Which rear rotor did you use?

I used a Wilwood rotor and hat, I think it is 12.19"D x 1.25"W w/8 (.313") x 7.00" BC (12.7 lbs) WW160-2526/27

I believe I got my glass from www.autocityclassic.com

I ordered it from them over the phone and then picked it up from them at a car/parts swap meet.  We've ordered glass from them twice now like this and had no problems and no shipping cost.

I think they call it smoked out glass.  Check out their website, they're pretty nice and easy to work with.  I would call them first and talk with them about what glass you want to order. That is what I did and I ordered it right there on the phone to.

As far as the paint, I won't lie, I'm nervous about painting the whole car this way.  Everything I've done thus far has been relatively ok to do.  But next comes the hard part of painting a whole car all at once.  More than likely I'll drink a beer before I started and throw on some Johny Cash in the background to take the edge off a little bit, hahahahaha.

Here are some photos of my brake setup for the E-Brake and the final combination valve.  I'll paint the E-Brake cable black so it will look a little better than the picture.

I found some wheels that right now in first place for putting on my car. 

2-1/2" TTi exhaust has been installed and sounds good.

Wilwood brakes are installed and have been bleed.  Brakes still feel slightly spongy to me.  But if the weather is decent outside tomorrow I will take it outside for a quick drive up and down the 15~20 yard lane.

No I don't.  I need to bolt on the doors, fenders, hood, trunk lid and get all the gaps set.  Then I'll be close to being ready for paint.  I wanted to take it for a 15~20 yard drive up and down the lane real quick
