new guy from illinois
« on: May 20, 2015 - 07:44:34 PM »
hi everyone, my name is rich.

long time mopar fanatic. 25 years ago i bought an aar cuda and wanted to restore it. well everything else was in my way and i could never get to it. one day about 2 years later i was walking past it out back and noticed a tree was growing out of it through the passenger floor.well i just snapped right there and called the boneyard and had it hauled away. right after that a friend of mine came racing over exclaiming how much of an idiot i was. and told me he was at the junk yard spotted the car and immediatly bought it back before it was put behind the fence. now that he owned it it took him no time at all to sell the car off and make a substantial profit. at the time i didn't care. needless to say a few years later e bodies had come into there worth and values had sky rocketed. "shame on me". well skip forward to present day. three weeks ago i spied a 74 cuda on craigslist, parts car with title and dirt cheap for an e body. with out any hesitation at all. i had to have it sight unseen i didn't care what condition it was in. i made my phone call, and told the seller i wanted it and i was on my way. road trip last friday. i bought the 74 barracuda and rough as it maybe.. and she needs everything. its mine    "AND THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS"
