Carlisle Tent 2015
« on: May 28, 2015 - 04:32:55 PM »
I want to let all members that are going to Carlisle know that the club tent has been secured and will again be located in the e-body area of the show and will sport the club banners for EZ identification!  We also have 1 table for the lunch that Viperpunk will once again supply (free of charge) to all members that care to attend!  Always good food from him and his wife!  Much appreciated!  Looking forward to the show!

Yes at Carlisle you have to park your car in it's class. You will be parked with all the 70 Dodge Challengers. The CC.com tent is usually central in the E Body section. It's one of those fairly large carnival type tents, lots of room for everybody to enjoy some shade. There's also room behind the cars for your own pop-up tent if you want.

Short and t-shirts, and be prepared for rain.

Well, I think you are supposed to park in your own class, but my C-C.Com buddies made an exception for me in 2006....     I'm surprised we were not all asked to leave.  :roflsmiley: Thanks guys and gals....

So it looks like gate times are 7 till 6.  Are there any bars where everybody hangs in the evening ?  Or just hang at the hotels ? Were flying in Thurs night, not sure where were staying yet.

Carlisle itself is a pretty "dry" town....You have to drive a bit to find a liquor or beer store....
