Huh ?......my story....okay......I was born.. a poor black child.... 
It started over 30 years ago with a 1972 Barracuda which I cloned into a 340 Cuda, it probably took a few years altogether because we were driving them daily back then. Although I "fixed it up" I certainly wouldn't call it a restoration. I sold it in 1989 for $8500 plus a parts car. I owned 18 Cudas and 6 Challengers in about a three year period after that.
The next Cuda a 73 340 car took maybe a little over a year, again, nothing I would call a complete restoration.
The first closest thing to a resto was my 71 440+6 Cuda convertible clone which took a couple of years...it ended up in a couple of magazines back in the early 90's.
In 1993 I did a 71 Duster Twister...my first REAL FULL RESTORATION....I did that car in 11 months. That was the first car I put the engine/K frame in from the bottom....
The rest is history....
