G3 Hemi, 545RFE in '70 E body

O.K Gurus, need some questions answered.....If possible,
1) When installing motor and trans, what height/angle should the tail shaft/output shaft be at? I need to cut out the tunnel and only want to do it once.
2) What are you guys using for the speed sensor on the 545RFE?
3) With a leaf spring suspension what should the axle pinion angle be?
Any other info would be appreciated.

#2 you can use a gps speedo or converter box or magnets on the drive shaft.
