My son in MCG magazine
« on: June 15, 2015 - 08:08:25 PM »
He got second place in his age group at the model car contest at the Mopar Nationals.  Story finally made it in the magazine.  He has been checking every issue since then.  He was so excited to see his name.  Was hoping it would have had a pic of his car, but only had a few pics with the article.  Here is a pic from the show.[img]C:\Users\Sams\Pictures\Smaller Ryan pic (225x300)[img]

Don't know why the pic is sideways.  He is doing a 71 Cuda this year.

Building models is where it started for a lot of us. Glad to see he's got his car priorities straight there Dad! I hope he wins next time.

He keeps asking when we are going to work on my Cuda.  He was too young when I got started on the resto.  Don't have the room currently.  When we get moved we will get started on it again.  He has his matchbox mopars all separated by body style.

Ryan says thanks for all the kind words.  Brings a huge smile to his face reading the comments.  I've been a member here since 06 and just hit 100 posts.  That has got to be a record.  I am on here almost every day though.  Love following every ones projects.  Saw some members cars at Magnum Restorations while on the power tour.  Looking forward to getting my car completed.
