Yeah you got that right!!, I watched a couple of episodes of GEARS where he did a similar cab over and turned it into a wrecker. I just can't seem to find the one which talks about the rear end they used

Your welcome cordodge.
Good luck with the build.
They did an air ride on that wrecker also.
Would like to do that car hauler with an ol Mack or Brockway one day.

Car haulers are cool and I might be the minority when I say this but I prefer the 5th wheel idea. You can carry different trailers, still haul cars except more than one at a time.

I remember Stacey's build and it was awesome. I love all the clearance you get on these old COE trucks, the limitations are almost endless. along with Chryco I'd swap in a diesel of some sort. I'd love to see a cummins in there but any diesel will do.

Please make a build thread!

thanks everyone,

yeah more than likely a cummins and yeah with the fifth wheel option i would have a lot more options and i think by itself would be pretty cool. i will start a thread once i get going for sure, just picturing it with a nice pait job ,air ride and cool super singles.

Haha, brad you sound like my wife and my buddies lol. yes alterkation is at roseville so i will be home tuesday so i can go get it, thats the big piece of the puzzle, also yeah i have been neglecting the roadrunner and this truck won't help. I will pick away at both once the challenger is done.

Alan, I may try and get the 361 to fire up but im sure it won't have the jam to light anything up lol.
