yeah your right, but it is pretty cool. may take the front wheels off to get it in the garage(hopefully) at least till i start on it.

Hey, thinking wheels and tires like this, $2500 buy it now on ebay thats not bad, and the adapters from 8 bolt to 10 bolt are around $850

As I said , you may be able to replace the diff for less than the cost of adapters , same with the front axle

Yeah for sure chryco, at least this could be an option. it's the front axle i am worried about hopefully i can find one the same width or a bit narrower as i am not sure if i take the old hubs off if there is a hub that i need that would adapt to the old axle. anyway i will have to do whatever it takes maybe even shorten a newer axle to the right length.

Yeah it's stock, normally it would be a red disk type knob so your fingers could grab it
