Good place to T in brake booster?
« on: July 05, 2015 - 11:18:59 AM »
Hey guys,

Finishing up my right stuff 4 wheel power disc swap and have a quick question.  Are there any places that are preferred to T in the line for the brake booster?  I'm coming from 4 wheel manual drum so there's no spot on my car from the factory.  Just wondering if there is that golden spot that everyone uses or if any vacuum source is fine.

Thanks...

dont tee anything into the booster , just connect the booster to the intake , usually there is a port on #8 runner

very true keep the booster vacuum by its self , the port cp  mentions should just have a screw in  plug that you remove around #8 since yours didnt have a booster before its capped off and then screw in a single port to run to the booster
