Comes in both pitman arm sizes and retails for $630, but you need to shorten your factory column shaft, and use their coupler $130 and hose's $75.

Big block, a 440/512 stroker. I want a smooth ride, feeling like a more modern car, with the ability to corner very well at speed.
If ride is what you are after,Hard to do well with torsion bars , The car will ride like a 2 ton go cart with large bars and leafs..After all most of us want more seat time (time spent behind the wheel)  .

Just checked on the Firm Feel Fast Ratio steering arms, the headers I have selected are TTI 1-3/4" attached to a 440 and their website says those don't work, that it hits the idler arm. It seems they have different models, the Pitman and Idler? I'm assuming I want Pitman

I went down this path a couple of months ago (496" from a 440, TTI Headers, Borgeson Box). The 2" TTI headers should clear the fast ratio arms. This is straight from the horse's mouth at TTI. The 2" tubes route differently than the smaller tubes allowing for more room in that area. In the end I just ended up buying a Borgeson box because it was smaller and weighed less, so I can't confirm fitment.

Really? I've seen a video comparing a TVS setup on an old Challenger to a new Challenger, the old one did better

The internet our friend.. Be careful what you read . The torsion bar suspension and leaf spring suspension can be set up to handle very well even better than the current aftermarket suspension systems , Add some stiffer bars , bushings and springs to do it , your ride goes out the window. You did say you wanted a better ride with a modern feel. All I can say is go for it. I been there done that..

Sweet! It's sort of my dream for this car to take the old parts (transmission, engine and suspension) and squeeze the potential out of them to create something beautiful, that is able to rival (or come very close to) modern performance. The interior though, I'm going to be going with mostly modern stuff in there, I like the look and comfort better.

That's good to know, but will the 2" headers work with the 3" TTI exhaust? The 2" headers have 3.5" collectors

That's the least of my worries. There are a couple of ways to handle it, I just haven't decided which path I will go yet. The motor isn't even in the car, so I can't even really mock it up if I want to. But you could use reducers from 3.5 to 3".

Also, something I want to point out that I didn't know until I had bought stuff - TTI's exhaust is only compatible with 2 rear sway bars, one of which is the Hotchkis rear sway bar setup. FirmFeel's rear sway bar may not work as it occupies the same space as the area of the exhaust. If you go with the TVS then you can avoid this.

Last point, there are two versions of the Borgeson box. The V2 only comes in Small sector (at least it did when I ordered). Bergman Autocraft makes an adapter so you don't need to cut your stock steering column. In fact, I would recommend just ordering through Bergman. Peter had awesome customer service and sells everything you need to make it a drop in installation.

Cool, that's what I figured. And I was planning on going with the Hotchkis sway bars, so no problem there
