750, where are you from?

Jason, we should set a day and time to meet at the beer tent so everybody can sort of plan for it.

You grew up there? I went to cadet camp in 1967 with Randy Nussey and a little guy named Ron (Shaw maybe) and a guy named John who ended up teaching school there. It's nearly 50 years later and my brain is slowly turning to mush. that's not a big town.

Yepper, public and secondary school, left in 89 to go to college and didn't return. Yes, small town ... Actually lived in a rural area and was bused in.

So does everyone just go home afterwards or is there a hotel you all stay at?  Which day is better?  Are there hotels in New Hamburg?  Looks like a small town??

Well... I go home for the night because I live in Cambridge, 30 min away.

The Saturday night I go to Guelph for the Wellington motors Cruise night and Smoke show event, then go home.

There are hotels in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge (all much larger cities then New Hamburg).

I usually just go for Saturday - but I think that could change next year when my car is done and I am driving it there :-).  Great swap meet, great show, love it.

The show ends at 4:00 each day. Saturday there is a cruise to Guelph, about 40 minuters, for a smoke show at the Chrysler dealer. Sunday around 3:00 they start the draws. Mopar money, bikes, BBQ, etc. Last year they gave away a couple trips. They also have a free draw for a car for anyone who pre-registered. This year's car is a 66 Barracuda. And there's a ticket draw for a new Challenger.

Most C-C members that are going live close enough to drive home so there is no hotel gathering like at Carlisle. Cudajas and I are trying to get something going for the club. It'll take a year or two.

I know it's too late for this year but they do have an option to allow a car club ( I assume that might mean CC.com ) to locate in the middle of the park if you can get 10 members or more to pre-register.  It might be tuff to get 10 members to pre-register every year.
The price is the same but at least you could set up a tent and do more like Carlisle.  Just an idea.
Below is what is stated on the Moparfest website.

Club Parking - $35.00    In order to reserve space in the club parking area you must pre-register your car and put the name of your club on the form. There must be a minimum of 10 vehicles preregistered for your club to be eligible for club parking.

I emailed them about that the other day and they said they might be able to work with us even with less than 10 because there was still some room on the ball diamond. However club members are issued a different colour sticker and it's too late for that this year. If people want I can try to arrange it with them and we'll just have to tell them as we arrive that we are with c-c.com. If we are going to do that I need to here from each of you this week so I can set it up with them. It would be cool to all park together.

I think we could get 10 or more each year if we can get the ball rolling on this. I'm sure Carlisle didn't start out with 35 members showing up the first year.

As a sidenote, Moparfest had 30 cars the first year. Now it's around 1700.

I am in for that!

They have done it for me in the past...but only 1 or two members registered as members.
