For the engine mounts being different is the bracket that bolts to the engine the same and it's just the rubber part that is different? OR does the bracket need to change aswell?

The bracket that bolts to the engine is different on one side.  The rubber is the same.  You can use a 318 mount on a 360...you just have to use a spacer to take up the gap.  The spacing of the "ears" is wider on the 318.  You will have a gap on the 360 that will need to be taken up by a spacer.(washers would work)

If you cannot locate a correct 360 Challenger one don't sweat it too much.
All it is is a single longer bolt and somewhere around a 3/8 to 1/2 thick spacer.
I used washers for mine.

I would definitely change the TQ Cnvrtr to better match the 360... do it now rather than later... you'll regret it later if you don't do it now.  Also, consider installing a better oil pan... the factory engine oil pans have no baffeling to control the oil slosh (accel, decell, cornering)... Milodon has a great pan... "touring" pan... or else, add/weld in your own baffles front, rear, sides... at least 1" plates horizontally welded at the sump.. with a cutout for the pickup, and a small hole for the dip stick... best to do on a work bench if you decide.
Autocross/road racers go in deeper... and come out harder!
