Thank you for pointing out all the things "Not original"...Good eye...

Hey no problem, the parts are actually out of a 73-74 E Body.
Post as many pictures before and after as you can....We would love to point out anything that may be incorrect, especially after it's restored :2thumbs: :grinyes:

It will be interesting to watch the program and see if they point out the incorrect parts and how they plan on restoring the car.

Good way for you to test them when they first put an eyeball on it.   :2cents:

I can't wait to hear Worman talk about the extremely rare factory "decor package" on the motor that gave you all the chrome accessories  :blah:  :smilielol:

Geez...

We tend to be hard on each other around here but it's all for fun. When you get the car finished I hope you will bring it to the Carlisle Mopar show and hang out at the cc.com tent with us.  They really are a great bunch of people.  I even like Alan now, after meeting him at Carlisle this year.  :smilielol:

It's just in good fun for sure ...no harm meant

....Being a "newbee" on this board you might not have been aware that GYC has been talked about plenty of times on here, as well as other Mopar forums in the past.

Most of the cometary has not been complementary.  :2cents:

When someone new joins our forum stating how great GYC are as far as "Mopar Restorers" go....and that they plan on taking their rare car there for restoration, we can't help but laugh knowing their history in the Mopar community.

Don't get me wrong, you'll will get a great restoration from them, your "15mins of fame" and you and your family will no doubt be very happy with the whole experience. :2thumbs:

Don't let the comments get to you, they really are all in fun AND most everyone here is always willing to help.  I just saw a preview of the upcoming GYC season and they showed a quick shot of your car!  I may be the only optimistic one here, but I am looking forward to the GYC season and the changes they have made.  It looks like they will be much more technical and showing restoration steps of many different Mopars with less drama.  I wish I found a real AAR and could afford to have it completely restored and can't wait to watch the progress of your car.  I think white and black AAR's are one of the purest classiest looking.
