Oval air cleaner lid for Shaker setup

I thought I read it somewhere, but its been awhile and a Search does not yield my answer. 

Are the air cleaner lids different from a Shaker setup vs non fresh air pkg?  I know some lids had 45* lip and others had 90* lip.  Which is right for a Shaker setup?

I could be wrong, but my shaker had a 90 degree , rounded lip on the air cleaner lid, and an odd size, round 12.5 (?) inch air cleaner.   I replaced the original air cleaner filter and lid with KN filters since the original air cleaner, with solid lid, is fairly restricted as far as air flow goes

10-4 on the round air cleaner lid, how about the oval ones for the Hemi or 440-6 models.  Are the lids different on those under a shaker scoop?

The oval, shaker lids were the normal style, Not the AAR or A12 style.
