Cool stuff, I have a 73 I'm slowly progressing on as well. What are your plans for the drivetrain and suspension?

I don't know too many who dislike plum crazy. It's a nice medium between outrageous and sedate.

So....

Again i have mental block on how i want to finish off the rear tail panel . I want to keep  rear dodge emblem  , but im not sure if i want to  paint it argent silver  or black.....

---  Or go totally outside the box and do a gloss black ,silver or plum crazy clear coated finish

what are your guys thoughts, recommendations ?

Thanks for your time..

I have a 73 and what I did was spray it satin black polyurethane (it was silver or light argent). I didnt like it. I think it looks better this way. I can post a pick if wanted.

The right side of my sig pic shows a blacked out tail panel, but I think it works really well with the grey body color. I've seen several painted gloss black and I've never liked it.

Mine is purple with a flat black tail panel.

When or if I restore the car I will go back to argent.

IMOP gloss black does not work at all. If black keep it flat. You want the car to stand out not the panel.
Color matching is marginally ok.

My vote is back to argent. My 74 (still original ) is much darker than the bright silver. I prefer it darker. Again it doesn't overpower the car it adds highlight to the tail lights.
