You are doing a very nice job! Congrats! The Vintage Air system is well designed, you will love it. It's a bit of a task to hide all that flex tube from sight but worth it IMOH. (I have installed the same system in my car).

Nice progress!  :2thumbs:  I just got my radio back from being restored and hope to install the dash back in the car next week, then install my engine compartment wiring.  We're very close on progress.   :ylsuper:

So I'm still waiting for my upholster to get me in and install the top and headLiner Grrrrr!

Well progress must move on..

I got the  grill and all the front plastics refinished , headlight buckets rebuild , front nose fully assembled and new trim rings installed, wiper motor and all the linkage installed and tested.

Redid the woodgrain on door panel and console inserts (performance car graphics is awesome btw)

Hashed out a few small gremlins with the American auto wire harness for the 3 speed motor..
I'm going to post my findings on that issue so others can Benefit from my frustration.

I got the nose of the car fully assembled.  Lights wiring all check out, I had to rewire the front turn signals housings  ,43 yr old wire wasn't cooperating

Got my shifter handle from Quapman. ,  and my whole new interior from famous Dave from Rossville... I won't buy from anyone else unless he can't get the part.  First class operation!

Still have to start thinking about that motor thingy......

Good stuff! When's the motor going in? I am hesitant to put my fenders, hood and front clip on until I'm done wiring and installing components in the engine bay. I like the ease of access.

Motor will be my winter project  ,  I'm  going to build a mild. Stroker for it out of the 340 block I have .. Maybe..

I running out of room to  put things now that the interior in here and I can't install it till my Upholstery guy gets my top and headliner installed .. :pullinghair:    So I'm bolting on anything that can be finished out of the current pile ...

I know I'll regret it later but .....

Have it all togeather  I was able to get all the wiring done and gauges sensors lights all tested

Then start slamming this interior back in. :)

So me and my dad hit the seats hard and got them done, we got the interior 100% done.

We got the front and rear bumpers on . Proportion in valve brake lines and fuel lines all done.

Next is rear springs , freshen up the rear with new ring and pinion and new bearings.  Then gas tank and rear valance , and body will be 100%

Motor trans and exhaust will be my winter project.

WOW nice build.  I'll be doing upholstery this winter but was uncertain if I would do it or send it out.  I'll probably do the standard vinyl from Legendary. Is it difficult? Also, I've seen those shifters in challengers but notice the word challenger on the top.  I'm building a cuda.  Was the wording a choice and they come blank?

I did the  legendary seat covers ,  it wasn't hard ,  it's a two man job to keep your sanity.   I bought all my foam from Michaels craft store it was way cheaper ...  Total seat material was $850
