Do it right here for the meantime for now unless we hear otherwise.

To print a calendar, don't the photos need to be larger than what is restricted by the sites uploading parameters?

Albeit, ChallengerHK is watching this post as we post pictues.
I suggest posting at 1204 x 768 size thru a posting site would be the best recommendation.

I've been now using www.Postimage.org because I have found out that Photobucket and Imageshack either charges fees after you've reached a limit or for whatever reason; suddenly your pictures dissapear.

Also it's a much more simple and easier to use without much navigating to post up pictures using their website.

Much larger. The submissions need to be a minimum of 3000 pixels wide. The original files from your camera are typically more than that nowadays. I'm loving a bunch of what we've seen, but we'll definitely need to the full size images for submission.

When we get to the real submission time, they can be submitted by e-mail, or by a link to the original full-sized file. I might set up a Box this year to let people upload images there.

Where do we submit photos and by when?

I'll put information together for this shortly and start another thread with all the submission material. Short form, we'll usually start after Labor Day sometime and go through late October.
