360 Manifolds - 74 Cuda
« on: August 11, 2015 - 11:29:22 AM »
I am done with headers.

I want to put exhaust manifolds on my cuda (360).

I am not overly concerned with performance, and don't want to spend the $$$ on the HiPo 340 manifolds.

Is it possible to find a decent used set of factory Cuda manifolds for a 740 360, or is that like trying to find a needle in a haystack?

How would I verify that they were correct for a 74 Cuda?

There should be part #'s cast on the manifolds.  Someone with a parts book should be able to give you the correct part #'s.  You might not have to look for E-body specific parts.  Other years/body styles might work...or might even be the same.  I've got a pair of 76 360 manifolds sitting on the shelf.  They were off of a Charger.

I have a circle track buddy local that has a few sets of the 340  hi-po manifolds that he doesn't need now as they changed the rules to allow headers. I could ask him what he wants for a pair?

I was going to suggest this also having centre exit is less restrictive than the rear exit, on my Aussie Phoenix ( Plymouth Fury 2 ) I just fitted another from the other side. Should clear steering box.   :burnout:
