Hello All!

Just making my introduction here on the forums.  I've been reading on here off and on for quite a while. I bought a '72 Challenger to restore about six years ago, and I'm just now really getting started on it lol.  When I first got it, I didn't really have a good shop/garage to work on it, and when I finally did get one, I was knee deep in college.  I'm finishing that up now (1 and 1/2 semesters left!), so I figured it was time to really get started on it.

About my car, it was originally a 340 4-speed Rallye car.  I got it as a shell - mostly disassembled with a pile of parts.  It is in very restorable condition with mostly surface rust.  I am having to replace the quarters (I probably could have gotten away with patching them, but decided to dive in to the full replacement just because), trunk floor, and the deck filler panel.  I'm really kicking that off, so I thought now was the time to join the forum as I'm sure I'll have some questions along the way.

Welcome from the Midwest!!

Thanks moparman.  If the 82 refers to birth year, then we're the same age.

Thanks!

I'm actually thinking about starting a restoration thread for my car on here.  Maybe that will keep me motivated lol.
