Classic Instruments in Mich had an open house some weeks ago and when touring their factory i saw this:
maybe not an issue for e-bodies as both new fuel gauges and senders are available but for my Pontiac, i cannot find a new gauge. So i end up with a custom set up that has a non matching ohm rating and does not show accurate reading.
This converter goes in between gauge and sender and just by setting desired ohm range, you have a working setup. Cool thing but not that cheap, 130 something retail...
