Placement for hydraulic clutch reservoir
« on: August 20, 2015 - 09:19:44 PM »
Anybody think of why this is a bad location?   Open to other location suggestions.   Did a search and didn't find much on this.

That's  close to where I "temporarily" mounted mine. Ragtop I like that one, whose/where you get it.

Ragtop, great idea.  I think I can fab a bracket like that to make it work.  Love it.  Thanks a lot

Just took a pic at a car show.  Looks like just some triangular plate made and-plated?

That's quite a large reservoir for what it is, you may look into a slightly smaller one for better packaging.

Just ensure the hose is always running uphill, no matter where you put it. Mine is shown below, Wilwood. I didn't want it to be a focal point within my engine bay, when looking in there, it's mostly tucked behind the master.

I made a bracket like that and mounted it to the master also. Most people don't even notice it there until I show them.

Looks great!  I like that fender blanket you have there, did you make that?

Thanks. Got the fender cover while in Carlisle from Bob Baker,  BOBSORIGINALFENDERCOVERS.COM.  I really like it.   :2thumbs:
