Charcoal canister bracket mount help
« on: August 29, 2015 - 10:34:03 AM »
Hi guys, can someone help with how/where this bracket mounts to the inner fender / rad support?  I don't have any holes that line up ... Hoping for a picture of the bracket mounted. (Car is a 73 cuda)

Thanks

Just guessing but I'd say thats the wrong bracket & those three holes are the ones you use.... A few minutes with a welder & I could reposition those three tabs to line up with those holes....

Could be, bought the car in pieces - could have come from anywhere.  You're right, easy enough to mod the bracket ...

Another option.....  You look it over & decide if it's right....

Actually after taking a second look I know what your bracket came from... An A body......

That looks like the one I need - thanks a lot.  I'll see if I can mod mine since its hidden, otherwise seek out the bracket in your image.  Cheers
