My custom header.....what do ya think (pic)?
« on: September 01, 2015 - 01:50:25 AM »
Hey guys,

I am in the process of having custom headers built for my HEMI Challenger.

This is the passenger side.  Other side should be done this week!

I wanna keep who is building them quiet for now.

What do you think?

They were already "fitted" in the car (tack welded), only pulled out to weld up and add egt/o2 censors, etc.

Its tight in there, but we knew that already....lol.

Awesome:  Now get them ceramic coated before you install.  Well worth the cost, which isnt all that much

They look killer, would like to see when installed. Curious how they weld all around at the collector?  :dunno:
Your car looks pretty mean too!

And you can access the spark plugs easily as well ?
If possible, consider making brackets for installing heat shields for keeping under hood temperature down ?

Those are a smooth and sinuous as Sofia Vergara's backside and the guy who's building them is an artist! Very nicely fitted- just try wrapping 4 pipes together that closely and have them go right where you want them to. Enjoy!

Hemi

Thanks guys!

Hahahah love this response, that one word says it all! Lol if ur headers are causing issues getting the spark plugs out of a hemi lol they are probably upside down, backwards, and from a 32 ford street rod lol
