Hey everyone,
I'm new here looking forward to tapping into some of your wisdom.
I have a 1973 Barracuda with a 440 punched out to 500 (440 source) Indy heads and intake mated to a keisler 5 speed. We are installing a magnumforce suspension with rack and pinion. I have the engine removed to clean up the firewall and paint the engine bay. I haven't decided on color yet. I like the Orange and I also like the Hot Rod black or dark grey.
Thank you all in advance for your future assistance in my build!

Mopar engine bays were body color.  Good luck on your build and post some more pics!

Have you decided on the rear gear ratio yet?  Curious as I'm building something similar.  Post some pics, start a restoration thread.

Oh, I did not make myself clear. I am painting the whole car. We will paint the engine bay first. Still thinking on the color of the car. I like the hot rod black and or grey, but with a sheen so I can still wax it. I found some custom orange colors I like too. I will paint both grills black and I am replacing the bumpers with fiberglass. I am searching out who makes the best AAR style hood. I really like the looks of those compared to the RT hood. Thanks

Welcome aboard!! All the colors you suggested are awesome, but orange imho (Hemi Orange for Mopars) is the knock off paint...
