Ok - so I have 2 sets of info now if you're following where I am coming from.  The link to the MBM ((PV6070MOP Mopar Proportioning Valve)) (manufacturer of the dual proportioning valve) tech manual has the outputs listed differently than you spec.   I'm a bit freaked out at this point.   I have 2 good sources for info and both conflict.

I think you don't have to panic just yet.  Look at Figure 24, on Page 8 of the Chrysler Tech Manual (my link above).  they just show the two valves a little farther apart than the PV6070MOP Mopar Proportioning Valve picture (http://justpowerbrakes.com/i-7253276-pv6070mop-dodge-plymouth-chrysler-mopar-combination-proportioning-valve.html).  To me they look like the same brass block valves.  my guess is that depending on what body they were installed on (A-body, B-body, C-body, E-Body) the spacing of the two valves may have differed.

If you look at Figure 23 on Page 8, you see the proportioning valve has both front and rear fluid going through it.  The metering valve is in line with the front brakes, and is basically a delay in actuating the front disc brakes.
