Anybody have a good way to measure it at home....by yourself?

Works great you can easily do it  by yourself , just pull the tape measures snug.  :2thumbs:

Caster and camber I use this. http://www.longacreracing.com/products.aspx?itemid=1798&prodid=7218&pagetitle=Caster+%2f+Camber+Gauge+w%2f+Magnetic+Adapter

And this adapter if your mounting it directly to the spindle ( with no rotor installed)

That looks pretty cool Brad. How exactly does it attach when you have a wheel mounted? I see they sell it with a magnetic mount but a lot of wheels are alloy/non-magnetic?

You remove the grease cap on the rotor ( magnetic mount) . Or you can buy the adapter and mount it to the threads on the spindle.

I just generally measure inside rim to inside rim front and back.

I have two pieces of 3/4x1/2" pine about 26" long, one has at each end a builders tape measuer secured to it (the end of the tape with the metal hook), I then use a bungee cord to secure this as high as I can to clear the underside of the car, to one side of the car's outer tire edge on the flat sidewall of the tire.
The other piece of pine is attached to the other side outer tire at teh same height, (use bungee cord through the rim etc) then I simply pass both tape measures und the car and read front and back by hanging the tape measure over the pine. cost me like $15 in materials and very easy to use.
