Lowered mine about 5/8" from last year. Took out the 440hd torsion bars and installed 1.12" bars. No rubs at full lock when cornering hard.

Where did you get your 1.12" bars?

Firm Feel sells 1.12 bars, they also have a 1.18.

Not sure if they are available from other vendors.

Hmmm... I don't remember actually. I bought them about a year ago and was looking at PST, Firm Feel and Borgeson. Feeling old...lol.

Just trying to help you make up your mind.

The rear wheels are 10.5x17 American Racing Torque Thrust M. They have about a 6" backspace.
The Tires are Nitto NT05 315ZR35
I moved in the rear leafs with Dr Diff's 1.5" relocation kit.

Hey brad

On your post #7 in this thread you seem to have antenna's at the front and rear of the car. Did you move it from the front to back or vice versa?

That pole in your backyard also threw me like it was a smokey and the bandit CB car.

Ya when I did my fender swap/mod thing I took the opportunity to move the antenna to the back like a T/A should have. Funny I had a big CB antenna on my first Challenger in the 80's .  :icon16:

What setup are you running at that height in your picture? Issues there? Looks mean

I think this was after putting XV Level 1 on my car.  Front was just lowered TB's (no drop spindles) and rear I had the provided flat leaf springs in the lowered shackle setting and also used 1.5" lowering front hangers (http://www.firmfeel.com/e_body_mopar_leaf_spring_hangers.html).  When I talked to them on the phone they said I could "put your car in the weeds" and was dumb enough to not double check that.  Pretty sure I had the front with just a 1/2" or less of clearance before the stock bump stop would hit.  The rear shocks bottomed before the bump stops and eventually I broke the lower shock mount clean off.  Pretty sure it tweaked the upper mounts in the process.
I liked XV's products but I don't know how I got products that were the wrong length.  XV has changed ownership so don't let my story scare you, just let it warn you to double check whatever suspension you get.  And yes, you can go very low with the stock suspension but it has repercussions that you need to be aware of.

Just rolled out of the garage after installing brand new MP XHD rear leaf springs. :eek4:
They probably would have settled and lowered even more.
Didn't appear the tires were going to rub though they were close, 275-60-15 on 15x8 wheels.

I didn't even drive the car, took the springs right back off and returned them....too low for me.
