would these wheels and tires fit my 74 challenger

Probably not....  If their from a truck or RWD car they will have 5" stud spacing vs the 4.5" e-body's use.
If their from anything else that might have the correct stud spacing they will have very different backspacing requiring thick wheel spacers.
