K Frame Bolt Question

Hey Guys,

I just bought a new set of K Frame bolts and was wondering if when I install them I use red or blue Loctite or nothing at all.  What's the consensus?

Since they go on at 150lbs of torque I wouldn't worry about it.

I've never used loctite & I've never had one come loose...

Put antiseize on them so they'll come out next time.

I use a lot of anti seize building these cars , cheap insurance when you need to remove them later especially the ones that go into the frame where the repair is tough once a bolt breaks off in there .

Yup. Anti-seize everything that doesn't get sealer...lol.

Anti-seize especially when bolting into softer aluminum.

Always antisieze stainless bolts to steel. I learned the hard way.

I generally avoid using SS bolts into iron , it never works out well
