Identify this broken switch in my steering column

This switch is broken in the column, it is under the turn signal switch.  It has  2 red wires that go to the main harness connector at the 2 most outboard positions on the connector. 
It was held in by one Phillips screw at the northwest position in the picture.

And where would I be able to purchase one.
