there are 2 sources for these , one was Keisler that was not bleedable , what was the second company that was bleedable & bolted through the pushrod hole with a remote reservoir ?

You mean master itself shall be bleedable? I have mine from American Powertrain but master itself is I think from wilwood and not bleedable. A remote aluminium reservoir available. The air can be removed from the system by opening slave bleeding screw and pumping master.

do you have a picture of yours , I have the Mcleod slave & it is bleedable so yeah I don't need a bleedable master

I just have went through my pictures but obviously there is no nice shot of it among them. The one below is not reaviling a lot. The other is showing the remote reservoir. Unfortunately I'm not at home currently so I cannot get you a nice shot any soon.

This Hydromax system came from American Powertrain, you can most likely get it from Summit.
It's a fully bleed-able system with a remote reservoir.

                  Thats a nice setup but the firewall has to be modified. Thats what made the Keisler nice was it was offset to the left to hook to the clutch pedal.

I have that kit installed and it works without modification to the firewall. However I drilled the clutch pedal to hook the rod in.

No firewall modifications needed. The four bolts around the push rod sandwich two mounting plates. The bolts can go through the large oval that's already there for the clutch rod. I did drill one, possibly two extra bolt holes to make it stronger I believe.

On the next car, I've already welded up the oval and plan on drilling new holes for a cleaner appearance.

Alan, as you seem to have built in more than one of these kits, can you tell me if it's necessary to change the slave cylinder when swapping from 23 spline to 18 spline? Or maybe it's same for both types of transmission?

Not a 100% certain, I've only dealt with 18 splines

Definatly different between 23 & 18 spline as the shaft & retainer diameter is much larger on the 18 spline , unless they use the larger retainer over the 23 spline ?
 I have the McLeod slave installed & working , I rigged up my own master & pedal system while it works it is not ideal so I njeed to upgrade to a factory pedal & better master so Hopefully I can buy the master alone .

My Kielser came with a in-line bleed fitting between the master cylinder and right before it goes into the bell housing
