    I'm comming in late to this conversation, but I sell real-Estate part time, and I do Construction full time.  I'm just getting into New Construction now and hope do do some developing in the future.  I went to college for landscape architecture, but working for civil engineers sucked, so I got away from that.

    Alright, I'll come clean. I'm not a Chippendale dancer. :-[ Can you believe that???  :o  By trade, I'm officially known as a solid state technician. Anyone baffled yet??  :laughing: Basically, I work for a major defense contractor. Electrical stuff. Developing, and manufactoring solid state devices(transistors). We are into the radar business mainly. Working for the Government is eye opening to say the least. :o :o :o The waste... the red tape... you just wouldn't believe it. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: The money we are spending just to prevent drugs from coming into this country... It's mind boggling. :eekbig: It's sad too.  :madvibe:

    all you need tom know is that you wouldnt want to meet a JATO in a dark alley (its a rocket they use to give cargo planes a boost while taking off on a short runway)
